    It’s not mandatory to create an account prior to any purchase. You can always checkout as a guest user. However, an account can help you enjoy certain benefits;

  • Will I receive the same product as seen on the website?

    The color, shade, size or tone of the product displayed is just meant to give an approximate indication to the customer. You will receive the similar product, but sometimes minor variations may happen due to the availability of raw material.

  • Do you make customized products?

    Yes, we manufacture customized products, but only for bulk orders. Since the design and pattern are of your choice, customized orders may take a little extra time.

  • How do I place an order?

    Placing an order at Rajrang is quite easy. Please refer our ‘How to Order’ page for more detailed information.

  • What are the payment procedures?

    Your comfort is valuable to us. Rajrang offers multiple modes of payment such as Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net banking/PayPal or Braintree.

  • Where do we ship?

    We ship our products all over the world. No matter which part you reside in, we’ll remain at your disposal.

  • What are the shipping charges?

    We provide our products ni every corner of the world. Domestic as well as International shipping charges may vary according to the product weight, dimensions of the package, and the region to which the product is shipped.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

    We understand your eagerness to receive the product. Hence, we deliver the products within 10-15 days. However, if you wish for an early delivery, you may opt for Expedited/Standard shipping while order placement.

  • How do we deliver?

    We deliver through reputed courier services. All the domestic shipments are done through DTDC, FedEx, Blue Dart and Delhivery whereas international deliveries are made through UPS & DHL.

    If there’s no courier service available in your area, we’ll get in touch with you and decide a convenient alternate location that is serviced by our delivery partners.

  • Do I have to pay any customs duty on delivery?

    Yes, all the import duty taxes and other charges are to be borne by the customer in addition to the shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs before placing the order. 

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes. Upon dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number of the delivery service. This tracking number can be used to know the status of your order and the estimated delivery date.

    Besides, we’ll keep informing you about your order status through email.

  • Can I return/exchange the product?

    Changed your mind? No issues, you may anytime return/exchange the product within 30 days of the delivery. Please note that we do not offer any pickup facility. Customer has to self-ship all the returns. For more information, please refer our ‘Shipping & Returns’ policies.

  • Who will pay for return shipping expenses?

    If you are returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due an error on Rajrang’s part, we will bear all the return shipping expenses. However, if you don’t like the product due to any reason or you no longer need it, all the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • How and when will I receive my refund?

    We will provide the refund within 7 days of receiving the product. You will receive the amount in the same way you made the purchase, except if the order was paid though cash on delivery, in this case we would require your bank account information to make a wire transfer.

  • How do I subscribe/unsubscribe the newsletters?

    To stay updated about our latest products, offers and deals, subscribe to our newsletters. Just enter your email id in the subscription tab (provided on our home page). However, if you anytime wish to opt-out of these communications, follow the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of every promotional email.

  • Are my personal details safe?

    Rajrang may share your personal details with a third party (courier, supplier, bank merchant) to complete the order and related transactions. Under no circumstances, we rent, trade or sell your details for marketing purposes. To know more read our privacy policy.
